All reports are computer generated and printed on sight. We use tablet computers so the reporting process takes no longer that the hand written version. The report you receive onsite is the preliminary report, the final report is reviewed and sent via email within 24 hours. In this way we are providing the information in an easily understood and structured digital format that can be emailed to all involved parties. Providing this information in a timely manner is essential to the home buying process.

We also understand that time is very important, not only the time on site performing or waiting for the inspection but also the time to receive the final report. That is why we always try to arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes early to the inspection and start the exterior sections before anyone arrives, but also the final report is always delivered within 24 hours.
